My name is Scott Young and I have been involved with the 3B program for a long time. I enjoy umpiring and helping the younger kids. My goal is to make the 3B Umpire Program something everyone can be proud of.

With the help of our Umpire Committe, we hope to be able to make the necessary changes to make this season a great experience for all !!
